Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic motivated individuals for the following position.
WORKFORCE PLANNING MANAGER (Permanent)
This position provides strategic direction in the overall planning and execution of Council’s employee development by leading the skills and job analysis, recruitment and retention, employee training and development functions within Council. This role interacts with all departments of Council.
Qualifications: The successful applicant will require a Diploma in Human Resources and / or Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and training within a medium to large organisation. Please include copies of all relevant licenses and qualifications with your application.
Skills & Knowledge: The successful applicant will require robust analytical and strategic thinking skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a thorough understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week.
Salary and conditions: Commencement annual salary range $108,102.72 to $118,908.24 (Grade 19) Plus Superannuation and a fully maintained lease back vehicle.
