The structure of the position is Monday to Friday

  • Hours 8.30am -4.36pm
  • 8.30am -1.30pm teaching
  • 1.30pm -4.36pm – lunch and non-contact time

Duties:

  • You will build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • Document children’s learning and development.
  • Actively working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience 

  • A completed Bachelor of Early Education.
  • Prior experience in long day-care/kindergarten. (minimum 2 years)
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
