The Opportunity

Our Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (MAC) team is looking for appropriately qualified and suitably experienced Centre Supervisors' who are customer focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to the safe and effective operation of the Centre and ensuring the delivery of high quality recreational service to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for all patrons through the effective and efficient provision of quality facilities, programs and services at the MAC
  • Leading staff teams to provide excellence in customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with Industry standards and regulations and Council and Centre policies and procedures

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience working in a senior role within an aquatic leisure facility
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • A current Pool Lifeguard and Pool Operations Certificate
  • A current Level 2 (Senior) First Aid Certificate
  • A current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
  • A current Working with Children Check.
