The Property Strategy and Services division provides a comprehensive range of real estate services and manages the community facilities portfolio which is designed to meet the operational needs of the organisation.
As a senior member, this position plays an integral role in managing Council’s community facilities services portfolio. This includes Council’s community halls, centres, tennis and futsal courts, community buses and sporting fields in line with Council’s vision, ensuring they are well utilised, properly maintained with a high standard of housekeeping.
This position is a diverse and dynamic role requiring a professional individual who can focus on both strategic and operational requirements to drive continuous improvement practices. You will be required to liaise with various community stakeholders for matters relating to Council facility and services.
Your analytical, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills will be required to fulfil these tasks. To thrive in the position, you will be a highly motivated individual who can work in a rapidly changing environment with competing demands.
