Join our team of exceptional Customer Service Officers who provide in-person and telephone contact in our Customer Service Centre. 

As the first point of contact for a diverse range of enquiries, you will offer advice and appropriate solutions by applying your active listening skills and genuinely understanding what our customers want.   You will also provide an efficient and effective cashier service. 

With excellent customer service skills and a high level of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Office you will also ideally have some formal training or qualification in Customer Service, Business, Administration or similar.

The following Selection Criteria must be addressed as part of your online application:

• Well-developed skills in customer service and/or experience in contact centre roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

We are offering a salary of $75,148 per annum for this position as well as the following benefits:

• 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
