We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer - Regulatory Admin (Parking) to join our team!

What You Will Do:

As the Administration Officer, you will provide cohesive, skilled, broadly based administration support to Council as to enable its operational staff to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external customers. In particular, you will provide administrative support for the Regulatory Parking unit within Council.

What We Are Looking For:

• Secondary education to at least Grade 10 and preferably Grade 12.

• Proven proficiency in using relevant computer software, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite.

• Demonstrated ability to efficiently prepare and present reports and correspondence within established timelines.

• Strong customer service focus, with the ability to engage effectively with both colleagues and the public.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
