Title: Data Engineer, Temporary TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week (12 month contract)

Our opportunity:

Join our dynamic team at the Council as we transform our data infrastructure! The Data Engineer is primarily responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes. 
Key Focus Areas Include:
•    Develop ETL pipelines to integrate data from diverse sources.
•    Ensure accurate data mapping, lineage, and documentation.
•    Create and maintain data models using dimensional modelling techniques.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet data requirements

About you:

We’re seeking an experienced ETL Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes, leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies like Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Databases, and Power BI. Your skills and strong working knowledge of SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and stored procedures are essential to support the transition from legacy systems to new cloud technologies.
