Applications are invited for the position of Expenditure Controller, based at Council's Administration Centre. The successful applicant shall provide for the efficient operation of Council’s Creditors/ Purchasing Systems to ensure that all of Council’s Goods and Services Tax obligations are met, purchasing requirements are met and accounts are paid in accordance with suppliers trading terms and Council’s policies.

Employment will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Local Government (State) Award 2023. The classification for the position will be up to Operational Band 1, Level 4 to Band 2, Level 2, Grade 8 to Grade 10. Salary will be in accordance with qualifications and experience, and will be in a range from $1,190.02 to $1,411.12 gross per week.
