Early Childhood Activity Group Leader (Roving Position)

About the role:

Council is seeking an application from an enthusiastic, experienced and suitably qualified person to join our team as a Kindergarten Activity Group Leader.

The position is permanent part-time, working 32 hours per week. An attractive salary of $28.38 per hour plus employer superannuation is on offer.

This position will be vital in our service delivery by providing support to all kindergartens across the Shire, as required.

Travel between an established base point, depending on the location of the successful candidate, and the kindergarten services is provided.

About you:

Applicants are required to have:

• a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• a current Working with Children card
• a current provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting certificate
• experience working with children in an education or care setting.
