The Role:
City of Ballarat have Girrabanya Integrated Children’s Services, Wendouree Children’s Centre, Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Children’s Centre, Rowan View children center and Djila-tjarriu Kindergarten programs.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
You will work under the direction of the Centre Coordinator, Educational Leader and Lead Educator to collaborate as a team of early childhood professionals to work within the National Quality Framework.

About You:
The successful applicant(s) will hold and Early Childhood Qualification and have an understanding of the Children’s Services Regulations and Early Years Frameworks.
With a genuine interest in meeting the needs of children and their families you will demonstrate an ability to support a holistic approach to the care, education and development of children that reflects an awareness of the wellbeing of children in your care.
Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of and respect for diverse social and cultural values and attitudes in relation to caring for children are crucial skills we’re looking for in the successful applicant.
