We’re looking for a dedicated Ganger Inner City Gardens to take charge of our inner-city precinct, ensuring it’s maintained to the highest standards.

  • As a Ganger, you’ll supervise, lead, and motivate a team of skilled gardeners and labourers, ensuring every task is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • You won’t just be organising and directing; you’ll be right there in the thick of it, working alongside your team to keep our precinct looking its best.
  • Opportunity to provide outstanding customer service. You’ll liaise with the public and other council sections to ensure everyone’s needs are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections, prioritise tasks, and ensure that every corner of the precinct, from park structures to playgrounds, meets our high standards.

  • Ability to plan and organise work efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to budget.
