The Ballarat Aquatic Lifestyle Centre is seeking an energetic Health Club Officer who is passionate about the health and fitness industry to join our team of dedicated staff. Reporting to the Fitness and Community Engagement Team Leader, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated professional who is focused on and passionate about developing their career within the health and wellness industry. Here at BALC, we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, safe and inclusive environment for our diverse range of staff and community members – so having a positive, customer-focused attitude will be imperative in helping make our Centre a great place to work and visit.
