Human Resources Administration Officer

Roper Gulf Regional Council is recruiting for a HR Administration Officer to join our HR team in Katherine.

This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in Human Resources. Playing an integral role in the provision of high-quality administrative support to the HR team, you must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and are capable of performing under pressure while maintaining a high attention to detail.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will have a positive attitude to be able to promote, develop and maintain a favourable image and professional profile for the Council.

Salary

Level 4 indicative $68,585.39 to $75,360.54 per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).

Location

This position is based in Katherine and you may be required to travel and work in remote communities, including overnight stays, in the Roper Gulf Regional Council area.
