This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and effective management of information technology assets within Bundaberg Regional Council. This role involves overseeing the business processes as part of a broader team for acquisition, deployment, utilisation, and disposal of IT assets to support the department's financial requirements and operational objectives.
About The Opportunity
As the Information Services Asset Management Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of IT asset management for Bundaberg Regional Council, ensuring efficient and effective lifecycle management of information technology assets, from acquisition, deployment, utilisation through to secure disposal. You will expertly manage technology hardware assets, software assets and licences, and information assets including developing a detailed inventory, and developing and implementing robust tracking systems.
