Cairns Libraries is looking for 2 x Libraries Hub Leader (North and South) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our library services. In these exciting leadership positions, you will collaborate closely with the Client Services Team Leader to ensure the seamless delivery of library services, while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in leadership / management or other suitable qualifications and/or extensive experience in a leadership role.
  • Current Qld driver’s licence to be able to independently travel between business locations to meet operational needs.

  • Proven experience leading teams with clarity, purpose, and accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of public library operations.
  • Ability to liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple library sites or teams.
  • Ability to monitor, improve, and implement initiatives that drives performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
