Come and join Buloke Shire Council as a casual Pool Lifeguard and help everyone stay safe and have fun this summer.
We are looking for pro-active, focused and motivated individuals of all ages to join our Pool Lifeguard Team for the 2024/25 swimming pool season. Positions are available at our seven outdoor pools located in Berriwillock, Birchip, Charlton, Donald, Sea Lake, Watchem and Wycheproof.
Lifeguard responsibilities include supervising and maintaining our outdoor pool spaces, providing first aid/CPR as required as well as monitoring and educating pool users to ensure they stay safe at all times.
Casual Senior Pool Lifeguards and Pool Lifeguards positions are currently available for a variety of shifts that include weekdays, weekends and opening/closing shifts. Applicants with previous experience and a range of availability will be highly regarded.
NO EXPERIENCE? NO STRESS!
We understand that some people might not have any previous lifeguard experience and that’s ok. We are looking for positive people with can-do attitudes and will provide the training needed.
