Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join the Payroll team as Payroll and Remunerations Officer. The team are integral to ensuring accurate and timely administration of pay and entitlements for staff, ensuring that our people leaders are provided with timely and relevant information to support the management of their employee costs and entitlements. This role provides input and operational support to maximise the return on investment and functionality of the Aurion application whilst demonstrating a customer focussed, proactive and solutions-based approach to meet functional and organisational objectives. This is a two year fixed term, full-time opportunity with a monthly rostered day off (RDO). The band 6 salary range is from $82,922 to $89,577 per annum plus superannuation and will be negotiable based on experience. About You This is a busy and challenging role, in which the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in interpreting complex documentation such as legislations, Awards and Agreements coupled with the ability to provide advice on complex matters in a confidential environment.
