YOUR ROLE

Are you a trade qualified plumber looking to get off the tools? Goulburn Mulwaree Council is looking for a Plumbing and Drainage Officer to join the Building Surveying Team.

In this role you will be responsible for the assessment, determination, and inspection of a wide range of plumbing and drainage and onsite wastewater related applications to ensure statutory, environmental and community needs are met.

This is a fixed term role working on a full-time basis until approximately April 2025. This role is linked to a parental leave arrangement and therefore the duration and conditions of the role will be dependent upon the current incumbents return to work plan.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

  • An annual salary between $85,623 – $96,364 (plus 11.5% superannuation)
  • A 35-hour working week, over a 9-day fortnight
