You will liaise and assist in educating the community on a range of Vector issues.

With a solid background in providing high level advisory support, you are a supportive team player with a strong solution focus and enjoy developing, implementing and improving on processes, systems and procedures to achieve a highly functioning, productive and customer responsive support service. You are renowned for your exceptional organisational skills, initiative, and close attention to detail.

As you will be part of a bigger Natural Assets team there will be ample additional training opportunities for works managing cross landscape issues in the region and undertaking a variety of interesting works.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive knowledge of vector-borne diseases, pest control methodologies, and the latest practices in
mosquito management.
• Natural ability to lead, you can supervise and mentor the Vector Control Field Officer and guide the team to
meet operational goals efficiently.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, managing chemical stocks, and equipment.
• Skilled in operating pesticide spray equipment and have experience working within the requirements of
pesticide licensing.
• Strong customer service ethic and can communicate with internal stakeholders and the public.
• Take pride in implementing effective vector-borne disease control programs that protect the community.
