Salary range: From July 1 $73,454.91 to $93,043.71 per annum dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
Job Description
The Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre is looking for an energetic, customer focused individual, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement to take up the role of Swim School Supervisor. The city is willing to consider flexible work options including part-time employment or a possible job share.
Reporting to the Commercial Services Coordinator, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to:
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience working in the aquatics or sport and recreation industry, A well developed knowledge of business management practices, including input of budgets, leading and supervising teams and knowledge of instructing participants in swimming and water safety.
