Full TimeWe are seeking applications for an Administration Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support for Council’s Planning and Development Department.
About the role
We’re looking for someone with advanced administration skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently organise their work. The Officer will assist in maintaining a comprehensive electronic copy of all new building work applications by scanning and uploading the documents.
The officer will also ensure record keeping is in accordance with relevant established policies, procedures and standards.

The applicable salary is to a ceiling of Level 3 ($60,077) with the commencing salary dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
