We are seeking applications for an Administration Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support for Council’s Planning and Development Department.
This is a permanent part-time position totalling 48 hours per fortnight.
About the role
We’re looking for someone with advanced administration skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently organise their work. This position provides secretarial and receptionist support for the department, particularly in the areas of trade waste, plumbing and drainage, on-site treatment plant procedures and backflow prevention device matters.
Attention to detail is key as the Administration Officer will be required to process and issue trade waste permits approved by the Plumbing Inspector and complete all other related tasks.

The applicable salary is to a ceiling of Level 3 ($57,103) with the commencing salary dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
