YOUR ROLE

Council is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Building Surveyor with demonstrated experience and knowledge in building certification and land use planning.

In this role you will utilise your experience and knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Local Government Act 1993, National Construction Code (NCC) and other delegated NSW legislation in the assessment and inspection of Class 1 and 10 buildings.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

  • An annual salary between $85,623 – $96,364 (plus 11.5% superannuation)
  • A 35-hour working week, over a 9-day fortnight
