CDP Senior Employment Coordinator

Roper Gulf Regional Council is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Employment Coordinator for the Community Development Program (CDP) in Numbulwar, NT.

As the Senior Employment Coordinator, you will manage the CDP contract in the community by supporting job seekers in setting goals for their personal and professional growth. You will encourage community participation to improve long-term employability, meet performance targets for financial sustainability, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

This is a fixed term, full time position based on Numbulwar, NT.

Salary

Level 6 indicative $83,725.18 to $92,084.54per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).
