Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and leveraging an ATS to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions, compliance with regulations, and accurate record-keeping for an engaging employee journey.
  • Benefits Administration: Serve as the go-to expert for employee benefits, from health insurance to wellness programs, helping employees access and understand their options.
  • Student Pathways & Internships: Coordinate our internship and pathways programs, working closely with educational partners and supporting interns for a successful placement.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date HR databases, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure adherence to HR policies and legal standards.

Key Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor or Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 2-3 years in HR roles focused on recruitment and employee life cycle management.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of HR best practices and legislation, proficiency with HRIS/ATS, and exceptional organisational and communication skills. Experience with student programs or internships is a plus.
