About the Opportunity

You will have:

  • Passion and experience creating and maintaining a workplace culture that empowers people to excel.
  • Experience in driving cultural transformation and creating a positive work environment.
  • Proven success in facilitating change management processes, methodologies, and tools, with a strong understanding of their impact on employee morale and performance.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, and/or extensive experience working in the Human Resources sector or in an equivalent leadership role.
  • Relevant Management experience leading staff within a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional approach and commitment to organisational values.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and current Victorian Driver's licence.
