As a Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service and maintain the smooth, safe, and efficient operations of our centre. From supervising lifeguards, customer service, fitness, and maintenance staff, to overseeing pool operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. Your focus on high standards of safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction will make a real difference in the experience of our community.
