Salary range: $88,483 per annum (pro-rata) / Hourly rate is $44.77 + 13% superannuation.

The Inclusion and Wellbeing Coordinator is an integral member of the Organisational Development team at the City of Hobart. The role delivers on its Inclusion and Wellbeing Framework, by coordinating activities and supporting leaders to create a psychologically safe and inclusive work environment for everyone. You will be required to be able to work effectively with all City of Hobart staff, representing diverse backgrounds and diverse perspectives across the organisation.

This role would be ideal for a Diversity and Inclusion practitioner, who is interested in working across the diversity spectrum with a specific focus on the dynamics that are created when people from diverse backgrounds interact. The role will assist the OD Principal and organisational leaders in shaping an organisational culture where consideration, adaptation and accommodation are the foundation for inclusion and overall wellbeing.
