Kindergarten Coordinator

About the role:
Council is seeking an application from an enthusiastic, experienced and suitably qualified person to join our team as a Kindergarten Coordinator. Your duties will coordinate the delivery of Council’s early year’s services across five kindergartens within the Loddon Shire.

The successful candidate will:

• have qualifications in an early years field or related discipline with relevant early childhood and management experience
• demonstrate an ability to coordinate, lead, coach and motivate staff
• develop and implement service strategies, objectives, policies and procedures specific to an early years setting
• hold a current a Working With Children Check Card and complete a Police check.

This is a band 7 permanent part time position (4 days per week) with a salary range of $100,154.60 – $111,273.24 pro-rata per annum.
