Library and CUC Manager

Flinders Shire Council is seeking to appoint a Library and CUC Manager to the Community Services team.

The Library and CUC Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Flinders Shire Public Library and the Country Universities Centre (CUC). The Library and CUC is an integrated study, resource and programs hub, which provides opportunities for education and training, community connection, and access to information.

The position is classified as Level 5 to Level 6 under the Queensland Local Government Industry (Stream A) Award – State 2017.

The annual salary range for this position is $86,314 - $92,102 gross per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a fixed term full-time position, to 30 June 2028, with possibility of extension. The standard hours of work are 8.00am – 5.00pm (36.25 hours a week), working a 9-day fortnight. (i.e. one day a fortnight is a paid day off).
