How you’ll make a difference

Victoria Daly Regional Council is looking for a Part Time (20hrs/week) Pathways Administrative Support Officer based in Kalkarindji, NT. 

This position is responsible for assisting the CDP Team with day-to-day operations for the Community Development Program (CDP).

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure a professional, efficient, and courteous service is provided to all service users, community and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Employment & Pathways Coordinator and the Employment & Pathways Consultant with daily tasks.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance with recruitment of employees, advertising of positions and compliance requirements.
  • Assist customers with their queries efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure all Council policies and procedures are adhered to, and all resources are effectively deployed.
  • Ensure confidentiality within the CDP program
