About the role
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will provide employment and legislative advice and manage complex industrial relation actions through to resolution. You will develop, build and maintain collaborative working relationships that will establish successful and professional business partnerships.
The Business Partner will work closely with a Senior Business Partner to develop and implement people and culture initiatives and contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of projects.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
