The Program Leader Remuneration & Employment is accountable for providing leadership and direction to the Remuneration & Employment team and for working with all areas of Council to provide pro-active advice and support, enabling the effective delivery of all strategic & operational remuneration & employment activities.

You will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Business) area or equivalent experience in a People & Culture environment
• Ability to lead & drive the establishment, coordination and delivery of end to end strategic and operational remuneration & employment processes in an efficient, high quality and customer focused manner
• Ability to monitor strategic and operational remuneration & employment activities, and lead & drive recommendations and delivery of improvements in a timely manner
• Deep and broad understanding of HR principles, legal responsibilities, activities, requirements and ability to implement these in the workplace to deliver desired outcomes
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $111,044 gross per annum
+ 11.5% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
