A highly motivated person is required to assist with the presentation of parks and sportsgrounds in the Blue Mountains. The position will undertake plant operation and general maintenance duties to a high standard including mowing, brush cutting, weeding, planting and litter collection.  As the position will be required to work in public places an ability to communicate effectively and politely with colleagues and members of the public is also required.

Demonstrated motivation and enthusiasm to provide quality outcomes in parks, town centres and open space settings is essential as is a willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment based on customer needs and trends. A commitment to working safely and as part of a dynamic team is also essential.

This is a full-time position working a 4-day week.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $59,414 gross per annum
 + 11.5% superannuation 
 + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary 
 + annual award increase
