The Opportunity
The Plumber Drainer Gasfitter is responsible for provide construction and
maintenance services and expertise to the utilities network to assist the
Utilities Supervisor in the coordination of Council’s water, sewerage services
in all communities throughout the area of responsibility.

Salary Packaging Available
Restructure your salary to work for you to pay for everyday living expenses such as Motor Vehicles, Superannuation, Remote Area Housing (Rent), Fuel, Gas and Electricity.
Allowances Available (if applicable)
Allowances such as Locality Allowance may be applicable to your position.
Leave Loading
You will receive 17.5% leave loading on top of your base rate of pay, while you are on Annual Leave.
Additional Allowances
This position will also receive additional allowances including:
Utilities Appointed Plumbers Allowance - $67.01 per week
On Call Allowance - applicable on call allowances as per Award
Locality Allowance - Dependent on location and dependants
Tool Allowance - $32.63 per week
Utilities Operations Retention Payment - $1,500.00 (conditions apply)
Uniforms and PPE
Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.
