About the role

Are you passionate about hands-on work and looking to build a career in a dynamic and rewarding industry? The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking a dedicated Trades Assistant to join our vibrant team.

Duties

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring everything is ready for use.
• Support general maintenance, repair, and installation work across the city’s facilities and infrastructure.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

Who we are Looking for:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

A strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Hands-on experience or a keen interest in the trades is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on safety.
• Valid driver’s licence is essential.
• Must have obtain a white card
