This role closes a service gap in the delivery of contractor-based works, ensuring the implementation of works programs that support the replacement and upgrades of council facilities.

Essential Criteria

  1. Diploma qualification in Building Maintenance, Planning or relevant field with substantial experience in equivalent position within a comparable public or private sector organisation
  2. Demonstrate high level skills in the use of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and cloud based and other work-related platforms.
  3. Demonstrate written communication skills, including the ability to write in a clear, fluent, and concise manner, with an ability to organise information in a logical sequence and produce written communications that are appropriate and readily understood by the intended audience.
  4. Demonstrated experience in analysing work-related priorities and making best for customer decisions in competing environments.
  5. Demonstrated successful negotiation and mediation skills in an environment with a diverse range of complex customer enquiries.
  6. Demonstrated written communication skills, including the ability to write in a clear, fluent and concise manner, with an ability to organise information in a logical sequence and produce written communications that are appropriate and readily understood by the intended audience.
  7. Hold and maintain current C Class drivers' licence without restriction
