The Opportunity
The Active Ageing team has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced and suitably qualified Team Leader Active Ageing Services to provide leadership, management and support to Active Ageing team members. Reporting to the Manager Community Wellbeing, you will responsible for delievering key services (Food Servces, Home Maintenance and Modifications, Social Support and Respite) to eligible community members. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant funding requirements.
