About the opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic and highly motivated professional to work as part of our Digital Services team as a Digital Mobility Support Officer on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is responsible for assisting with the establishment and support of mobile devices across Council, including procuring devices and related telecommunications plans, and also provide users with support to ensure their devices are working with maximum efficiency.
An ideal candidate would have excellent experience with and knowledge of mobile devices, primarily IOS devices and their management with Intune.
