About the Opportunity

The Karreeta Peeneeyt Mara Portland Child and Family Complex is an integrated early learning centre, providing quality care for children from 8 weeks old in a purpose-built facility.

What you need to Succeed

• A genuine understanding of and a desire to work with children aged 8 weeks through to kindergarten age.
• A positive outlook and team approach.
• Effective communication skills.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid qualification HLTAID012.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Experience in assisting in the development and implementation of an educational program.
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with all staff.
• Ability to manage risks and identify health and safety issues pertaining to workplace.
