Be the face of exceptional service at Armidale Regional Council
As a Customer Service Officer at Armidale Regional Council, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service to all customers of Council. Your duties will include attending to internal and external customer enquiries promptly and efficiently, providing courteous and accurate advice, and proactively dealing with customer complaints. You will also provide administrative support in accordance with established policies, procedures, and processes, including recording and inputting service requests, maintaining Council’s database, facilitating bookings of Council facilities, and assisting with various office duties.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service. You excel in engaging with customers, providing them with a positive and efficient service experience. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills enable you to address enquiries effectively and efficiently. You are eager to learn new systems and technologies to enhance service delivery. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, combined with your enthusiasm for professional growth, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
