About the opportunity

Looking to work locally and be part of a great team? A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a talented ICT Team Leader with strong interpersonal, customer care, analytical and problem-solving skills to join our small and friendly Information & Communication Technology team. You will be providing technical support to the Shire’s ICT systems and networks and assist the users and leadership team on ICT issues.

Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Team Leader (HR 25/25)

• Full-Time 76 hours/fortnight
• EA Level 7 $91,653 - $97,263 per annum

Position description and selection criteria

ICT Team Leader Position Description

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Certifications or tertiary qualification in information technology / related discipline or proven experience in providing information technology services
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with the ability to engage with staff to achieve strategic outcomes
• Highly developed technical skills and working knowledge in designing, securing and supporting information technology systems and networks
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate interaction, cooperation and trust, and demonstrated ability to resolve problems with limited assistance
• Current “C” class driver’s license
