Title: Manager, Park Assets - Planning Design & Delivery, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Parks & Open Space 

The Parks & Open Space Business Unit is responsible for customer focused and sustainable management, planning, development and maintenance of Council’s open spaces including sportsgrounds, parks, reserves, associated recreation facilities and regional park venues. The Business Unit includes the following teams: Recreation Planning, Park Assets and Projects, Tree Management, Parks Operations and Open Space Management and Business Development.

Our opportunity:

The key focus areas of this role include: 

  1. Deliver results. The role is expected to prioritise, plan and deliver a large and complex capital works program including accurately forecasting expenditure, schedules and budgets at a project and program level.

  4. Financial Assets and Tools. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced asset management skills to successfully manage a diverse asset portfolio with a unique exposure to risk.
