About the role

In this role you will be responsible for a broad range of projects and activities that will positively impact the organisation. You will assist in preparing presentations and developing reports that will include undertaking research and analysis to help develop recommendations. You will have strong engagement experiences and be able to build relationships with business leaders and team members.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related or demonstrated strong contemporary experience in human resources, business management or education combined with ongoing professional development
  • demonstrated experience successfully delivering programs and initiatives that support business objectives
  • demonstrated experience supporting projects through all phases of the project life cycle
  • demonstrated ability to deliver detailed reporting to ensure management is well-informed and trends are identified for improved business performance
  • proven ability to work with stakeholders to achieve outcomes in an inclusive manner
  • ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure objectives are met
  • demonstrated ability to conduct research and provide recommendations
  • demonstrated proficiency in providing technical expertise, coaching and advice to relevant staff to allow them to effectively undertake their responsibilities and duties
  • demonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships and influence, persuade or negotiate outcomes that add value to the organisation
  • proven ability to assess and interpret information to formulate recommendations and provide specialist advice to enable the organisation to achieve quality outcomes.

  • The salary range for this position ranges between $71.9k to $86.3k plus 11.5% superannuation
  • This is a Temporary part-time role - up to 6 months
  • We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role
  • This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
