Plumber - Buildings and Facilities

This position is responsible for undertaking a range of plumbing and drainage installation, construction, repairs and maintenance works associated with the operation and maintenance of Cook Shire infrastructure.

We are seeking someone who:

  • is professional and efficient in their approach to both internal and external customers
  • holds a recognised plumbing trade qualification and current Qld Plumbers/Drainers licence
  • has experience in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment
  • is proactive towards workplace health and safety
  • is positive and team orientated

9-day fortnight (every 2nd Friday off)

Remuneration:

Queensland Local Government Industry (Stream B: Division 2, Section 1) Award – State 2017 – Level BT2 + OAP

$85,025 per annum + applicable allowances

Leave Entitlements

5 weeks annual leave

15 days personal leave

Superannuation

11.5% Superannuation contributions
