We deliver 21 key services such as childcare, waste collection, parks maintenance, libraries, community facilities and aquatic centres to over 370,000 residents.
The role
The Graduate Urban Planner will support various aspects of urban policy and planning, including environmental, catchment, transport, open space, and community infrastructure. The role offers a dynamic experience with exposure to different projects, technical areas, and stakeholders. It supports the City Plan and Transformation Unit, which handles integrated planning, forward works, major projects, and place projects, giving the candidate a comprehensive view of local government project delivery from analysis to implementation.

You will have
The salary range for this opportunity starts at $69,728 (Grade D, Step1) + 11.5% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
