Byron Shire Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader General Maintenance. The position manages the crews and staff undertaking maintenance works to ensure the teams achieve the scheduled works and services contained in the maintenance programs in an efficient, timely and effective manner. Maintenance works include maintaining signage, line markings, concrete, bridges, unsealed roads, footpaths, retaining walls, vegetation control, rural drainage and other works. The position also provides an elevated level of service in the maintenance of Councils’ Infrastructure and during the construction of capital projects.
