About the Opportunity
Based in Tara, The Traineeship Support Officer is responsible for providing support and guidance to trainees employed by Western Downs Regional Council for a 6-month period under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work program in the Maintenance, Hospitality, and Administration areas.
Trainees will be hosted externally and you are required to work with both internal and external stakeholders to support trainees in completing their traineeship and support trainees in finding employment opportunities in the Tara area upon completion of their traineeship.
The position is full time fixed term until 15 August 2025.
