About the role
The Arts and Cultural Development Lead is a key position within the Creative and Engaged City Department, responsible for fostering a thriving arts sector and enhancing community engagement. The position works closely with local artists, creative industries, and community stakeholders to build strong partnerships and support capacity development.
Additionally, the role oversees funding applications, manages partnership agreements, and ensures the effective delivery of cultural projects and events. As a leader within the Cultural and Community Development team, the Arts and Cultural Development Lead contributes to the strategic growth of the arts sector while nurturing a culture of creativity and collaboration.
