To effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the team, delivering outcomes in a timely manner that meet the centre’s objectives, service level specifications, and are compliance with Industry standards.

Council is seeking a motivated person with a can-do attitude to join a dynamic leisure and aquatic service. Working through the week this permanent part time role offers a great work life balance. The successful applicant will have previous experience in the administration and leadership in a leisure facility as well as a Certificate 3 Sport and Recreation and /or Fitness.  Other essential criteria include First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check.  A willingness to undertake training and multi skill will also be looked upon favourably.

Position hours are:

Monday        2:30pm – 8:30pm (5.5 hours / 30-minute break) 
Tuesday       2:30pm – 8:30pm (5.5 hours / 30-minute break)
Thursday    5:30am – 10:30am (5 hours / no break)
Friday           5:30am – 12:30pm (6.5 hours / 30-minute break)

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $68,704 (pro-rata) gross per annum
 + 11.5% superannuation
 + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary 
 + annual award increase
